My love for cooking blossomed as a child, standing beside my grandmother—a remarkable homesteader and homemaker. On our family farm, we raised animals and grew of our own food, teaching me the value of patience, hard work, and the incredible flavors that come from truly knowing your ingredients.

Over the past decade, I’ve immersed myself in the hospitality industry, doing everything from washing dishes to managing restaurants and crafting original recipes. But it wasn’t until “the baking bug” bit me that I knew it was time to take the leap into something entirely my own. I began experimenting, hosting tea parties, catering weddings, and even baking pastries for baby showers. Every step of the way, friends and family asked, “So when are you going to open your own business?”

And so, I began dreaming. I envisioned a bakery that would stand out—offering unique pastries you don’t find anywhere else, infused with a touch of my favorite storyteller and poet of all time: Taylor Swift. (Yes, this really is a Swiftie-inspired bakery—you’re not just imagining it!) I wanted a space where my story could blend into the things I create, so that my treats could become part of your story, too. Every time you bring home one of my pastries, I hope it feels like the sweetest part of your current chapter—or your era!

Starting this cottage bakery is more than a career move; it’s the culmination of years spent learning, growing, and dreaming.
